When working with me, all terms are agreed upon. PLEASE READ THE TERMS BELLOW CAREFULLY.
I only work on features explicitly listed and agreed upon before development begins. Any additional features, redesigns, rewrites, or major system changes requested after development has begun may be treated as extra work and may require additional payment.
A non-refundable upfront payment is required before development begins. The final product will not be delivered until the remaining balance has been fully paid.
Minor revisions are allowed up to 2 times. Large redesigns, feature rewrites, or structural changes are not considered revisions and may require additional charges.
I provide free bug fixes for issues directly caused by the delivered code. Issues caused by third-party modifications, Roblox updates, or external systems are not covered. Additionally, if a significant amount of time has passed since delivery, bug fix support may no longer be provided.
I retain ownership of all my pre-existing frameworks, libraries, utilities, and development systems unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
If the client cancels the project after development has started, payments already made may not be refundable depending on the amount of completed work.
The client is responsible for providing clear requirements, assets, references, and feedback in a timely manner. Development delays caused by missing information or delayed responses from the client may affect the delivery timeline.
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for projects involving scams, malicious systems, stolen assets, exploitative behavior, or other unethical activities.
I am not responsible for revenue loss, moderation actions, or indirect damages caused by the use of the delivered product.
Unexpected delays may occur due to technical or personal circumstances. I will communicate any delays whenever reasonably possible.
